Gateway Center Job Descriptions Day Program: Teacher’s Assistant Position for 4 branches of the Day
Program, includes Day Activity, Adult Development, Community Based,
and Senior Program. No experience necessary, classroom activities,
simple living skills, and community outings. Current California
Driver’s License encouraged, but not necessary. Hours:
Days, Monday through Friday Direct Care Staff: Direct Care Skills Trainer Positions; C.N.A.’s
welcome. No experience necessary; covers all aspects of daily living,
health, and personal safety. Current California Driver’s License
encouraged but not required. Hours:
Full and Part-Time positions available Live In Care Provider: 3-day and 4-day positions at one group home
site; independent living skills training included; C.N.A.’s
encouraged; current California Driver’s License a must! Supported Living Services and Independent Living Services Programs:
Support Staff and Independent Living Skills trainers; provide support
and training to individuals who live in their own homes in the
community. Support and/or training may include (but not limited to)
meal preparation, bus mobility, health and safety, money management
and social skills. |
